If I ripped a track from an audio CD, say from Windows Media Player or Real Player. What settings would I have to set the MP3 at to come closest to matching the quality of an audio CD track.

128 Kbps is the lowest setting that will give the smallest file size without noticeable sound loss.

320 Kbps is the highest setting that will give you the best sound but take more space to store.

192 kb is CD quality
