How do i get fotocube1.gif off my computer?

it is not showing up in hidden files/folders,,,and it`s still here,,,can`t seem to find it,,help!!!!!!!!!!!

if you can't find it, how do you know it's there ?

if it is from an application, it is probably under :
c:\program files\name of program
