Well, hmmmmm.........if you're a girl, your sister-in-law's brother could conceivably be your husband, couldn't he?

Or if you're a guy, you're sister-in-law's brother presumably is simply your brother-in-law, because they'd both be your wife's siblings, wouldn't they?

Maybe I'm missing something here...................but not to worry, another responder will straighten me out in short order, I have no doubt!

Hope you get your answer!

I don't think there are any specific words for the relationship described. However, depending on the person who is talking, I would have to consider my sex (male or female), and use the appropriate terminology as under:
Case 1: I am a man:
a) My brother's wife is my sister in law. To describe her brother or sister, I would say ' His ( or her) sister is married to my brother'.
b) My wife's sister is my sister in law: To describe her brother or sister, I would say 'brother in law ' or 'sister in law' as these two persons would also be my wife's brother or sister.
Case 2: I am a woman:
a) My brother's wife is my sister in law. To describe her brother or sister, I would say: 'His (or her) sister is married to my brother'.
b) My husband's sister is my sister in law: To describe her brother or sister, I would say: 'brother in law' or 'sister in law'
as these two people are also be my husband's brother or sister.

Barbara is right. There is no name for your in-laws siblings because they really are not related to you at all.
