Naked - the only way to fly.
And, when I'm aroused at night - and it happens without any stimulation to all guys 4 or 5 times every night - my parts don't get tangled up in anything.
Also, better ventilation helps prevent crotch rot developing.
And my bed partners (either gender) absolutely forbid bed clothes! They aren't there to share my pyjamas!
