More like false advertising but as with many ads, there are often printing errors so there's nothing you can really do. It happens a lot with wrong prices but all stores cover themselves by saying that they aren't responsible for price errors.

Could be. I find that depending on advice or info from service people is not too reliable. The service is getting worse, rudeness is the thing nowadays probably because they are'nt paid much.
