that her mommy and daddy was doing it to her and i asked her if i called in and told the police would she tell them and she said she would just lie about it because her mom told her that they would kill her and if they didnt do that she would beat her to death because she would wish she was dead and if the little girl wont tell then what else is there to do.she said she has to put it on her leg everynight until 2 and 3 oclock in the morning standing in the corner and gets shocked everytime she move she even has places on her leg please someone tell me how i can get this girl to talk she smart pretty and so lovable but is in so much pain and her 4 brothers are litteray pulling her hair out of her head too and she even has a bald spot on the top of her head from it. and she doesnt deserve this because she is just such an angel.

CALL THE POLICE. Tell your parents or a teacher as well, and that you will call. This girl's life is in serious danger.
Tell an adult RIGHT NOW.

I agree with the other Answers. Call CPS or the Police. If the little girl is telling the truth, and she is being physically abused to the extent that she has physical scars and marks, it doesn't make any difference if she wants to talk to the police or not, the police and Child Protective Services will investigate.
Just be prepared for the case where the little girl got those marks from some other cause and her bald spot is from some rare disease and there is no abuse or brutality at all. She may seem like an angel and in truth she probably is, but she may also feel like she has to make up these stories to get attention or to be accepted.
But that isn't for you to figure out. Call CPS or the Police and let them figure it out. And I'm not saying that the little Angel isn't telling the truth. I just wanted you to be prepared for the possibility in case she isn't because I don't want you to lose faith in humanity.

in all likelihood you do and also you do not u said that she is variety of a sister to u ok u might want to tell her reason hiding your emotions will damage u extra yeah tell her solid luck! ^.^ oh if she say that no reason she's older than you. You need to tell the police-- you are the who can help her, and I am sure other abuse goes on too, there was book out about a boy who was treated like that in his family, that is usually the way it is. He was the only child they did it to and yes the siblings take part in it. If you do not help her--you are a part of it.

the only safe way you can do this is to call the police while the little girl is with you that way the parents would not be able to hurt the little girl ..then from their and on the cops will try to make things better and try to get a restraining order

Oh my god.
just continue to tell her that the police can help her as soon as they tell,
because they wont be able to do anything.
tell her that her parents wont be able to touch her, and she'll be safe.
help that little girl cause i hate abuse.
and that's just terrible.

you need to call the cops and get in touch with CPS. if you're being serious, this sounds like something that's not in your reach to handle
