Yeah, my mom used to make homemade noodles and they were the best! Yum! She made the dough and used a rolling pin to roll them out. Its been years since I've had any though.

My favorite are those wide, kind of flat, lo mein noodles that you get at Chinese restaurants.
Also, my mother makes a mean turkey noodle soup with leftover Thanksgiving turkey... she uses these yummy flat German noodles. I don't know the name of them, but they are de-lish in Mom's turkey noodle soup.
