= (-11 +/- sqrt(121 - 4 * 8 * (-10))) / 16
= (-11 +/- sqrt(441) )/ 16
x1 = (-11 + 21) / 16 = 10/16 = 5/8
x2 = (-11 -21) / 16 = -32/16 = -2
