No - He doesn't care about anyone other than those who contributed a minimum of 1 mil. to the GOP.

The first thing that is wrong with that statement is that people, black, white or other, think that the government owes them everything. Why is damage from a hurricane George Bush's responsibility to fix. The problem is people don't want to take any responsibility for themselves. During Herbert Hoover's presidency (before welfare), New Orleans was devastated by a hurricane. The federal government refused to send any aid and the people stood up and fixed the city themselves. Now, they sit around and wait for someone else to do it for them and complain that their free ride is running out and no one is taking care of them anymore.

Oh perfect won't have the skill to you spot George Bush is to in touch with the Arabs he loves in Iraq to care approximately black human beings. George Bush does no longer care approximately any human beings. don't be somebody who makes each and each little element racial, curiously like a crutch.

I think Bush cares about as much about blacks as he does for whites. No I don't agree with Kanye West, he's not a very credible source for anything.

And later, Kanye West said he was in the wrong from that statement. So what does that tell you?

African-Americans make up about 12% of the total US population.

Define exactly what would constitute "care."

Maybe the entire government should drop what they are doing and concentrate solely on the welfare of that 12%.

or..

Maybe they should just do the best that they can for all 100%.

Stop playing the race card, do something on your own to personally improve yourself/situation.

Take some personal accountability for your actions, the free-lunch is going the way of the do-do.

Kanye west is an idiot. I'm white and i kno more about black history than he could ever dream of. He should be more concerned about the black on black crime than he should be on bush.

He seems to care about the black CEOs in the oil industry.

And he gave careful consideration to Colin Powell's input on Iraq.

The only person or people George W. Bush cares at all about are himself and his rich friends.

The truth is, Bush cares about all American people. Whether they are black or white, it doesn't matter. Look at his cabinet. It's multi-racial.

Democrats are so damn devisive that they will use every catastrophic incident and bring up the race issue in order to secure their "black vote".
