So, there is a dress on Boston Proper called "vintage kaften dress". I think its pretty cool, but I might be too poor to pay $170 for it. Has anyone seen one similar online for a better price?

I found one from urbanoutfitters that was kind of similar in the fact that it has different patterns and its long.

its also on sale so its only $50.
I also own a dress that has very similar prints from that dress but it's short instead of long. I couldn't find it online, but I bought it from forever 21 about 3 weeks ago. There's no guarantee that you will find it at the store but if you really want it, you could check. I got it for about $25.

I'm leaving this link for the dresses because I think free people might be somewhat your style. I couldn't find anything similar to the dress you want but who knows? maybe you'll fall in love with a different one.
It's a little expensive though, in the $70-130 range.

im rich, so i'll say that's really cheap for a dress;) Just buy it, if you cannot afford it try ebay or sew the dress.
