Do you talk better than you can write, or write better than you can talk?

Question

My brain is always a few seconds behind my mouth, so it comes out like, "What are you from?" and dumber things than that!

What about you?

I definitely articulate better via a keyboard than in person. I do the same thing you do. My words get switched around at times, or I will stop dead in a conversation trying to find the exact word I am looking for. For some odd reason, the words flow from brain to fingertips without a hitch. It is much better for all involved when those words bypass the mouth.

Depends on who you ask. I feel I write better than I speak, but most of the guys I've ever been in relationships with hate my writing. Anyone else, like's my writing. Go figure.

(I think they just would rather I said those things in person.)

I write better.I sound alot smarter because I have time to think about the things I'm going to write,I plan the things I'm going to say,but it always comes out wrong!Ugh~I hate it!Like,I will want to say have you got your check cashed,and I will say,have you got your cash checked!I do that like 9 times outta 10!

talk better than I can write - my brain is going faster than I can write and my sentences look weird - where I can say what I mean with clarity the first time

Uhm...they pretty much level. I even surprise myself with the words that come out of my mouth and am often flabbergasted, in a good way, with the words that I compose in assignments or on here.

When I write, I am able to get my thoughts out more clearly and in better detail, but I don't speak poorly by any means.

well i think you can write better than you can talk becuasewhen u r writing you can take all the time you need to say anything you want. and sometimes all you have to do is erase or backspace! :-) !
