(I'm a girl)
I sit in the back of the class and one of my friends will be in the front. Well she'll yell something to me, and then the girl I'm talking about will turn around and laugh at me or something, or if it's something else, then she'll just turn around and stare. She's not being mean about it or anything. We don't really talk though that much cause there's really nothing to say to her. One day I asked her if I could borrow a dollar and she just stared at me for a second then when and got one. But if yall think she isn't wanting to be a friend then it won't hurt my feelings. I'm just wondering.

It sounds like she does. try talking to her and see how she reacts. Talk about anything it doesn't really matter what you say you'll know soon enough if she wants to really be your friend or not.
