well i dont know if you should just tell her......i think it would be too forward...but on the other hand..ima girl and i would of really wanted a guy to just come out and say it... it makes it alot easier on us instead of guessing!!..lol....but what you should do is ask her out on a date or somethin.....if your too shy...write her a letter or a poem or somethin........idk.....just, if you get with her..dont break her heart....good luck...

First try to find out if shes taken or not ...
If she is then be friends with her or if shes not start playing around with her and ask her to go to the movies or something simple like that but as friends but in some romantic part of the place then ask her out .. tell her how you feel...
if you dont have enough money for a date like that then go like on a picnic or even a walk and wait for the time that shes smiling and happy ......charm your way to her heart

I find it wierd that you can tell complete strangers you like someone but cant tell the person you like. Shyness is cute and all but I say go for it and atleast ask her out on a date or something, the worst thing that can happen is she says no or maybe she will say yes and you'll hit it off. We're not all that hard to talk to...good luck

Make friends with her and some of her friends. Once your in with the girls friends tell them you like her. Girls have big mouths and will find out if she likes you. If she does just ask her out. If not keep a good friendship with her and show her your a good caring guy. Girls like that in guys. I know I won my g/f over by just being honest and randomly romantic.

well start by being friends w/ her and ask her to the movies or something. once u get comfortable around her tell her that u like her like a lot. if all goes well good luck to u both. if not stay friends w/ her. don't dump her on the spot. no one likes that. hopefully that'll help a little bit.

my friend if you snooze you'll lose get with it, ask her out coffee anything, don't act strange just be you, ask explain your feelings be romantic woman love that, but what ever you do do woe her the change up your personality afterwords, allot of woman will dump you for that, you know your the best she dreams about when you first meet them after that and the true personality starts to show,, i cant explain it, be your self open up your heat and go for it, the first step is always the hardest.

first see the condition. don't give her a love letter because that can make her think you are a coward. then you don't lie her you can whatever or you even get a loving. just tell the true and the most important just turn out what is in your mind.\
