You'll go to court in a custody case as a witness and you can tell you the judge that you want to go to your Dad's rather than your Moms. There is NOTHING wrong with this. Mosters tend to be the parental ones and the dads are fun. Most girls tend to like there Fathers more than there dads anyways.
I have been in a custody case with my real parents and my grandparents, but my grandmother would not let me talk and I had to go her, even though I solely wanted to go to my real parents. Of course, I was only 7. But, you are 13 and YOUR desition will be the one.

You have to do what your gut tells you. Yes, most courts are in favour of moms having custody, but it seems like you need your dad to get custody, so make your feelings clear and known.
You deal with it by remembering that it is better for your parents to split than live in unhappiness. It doesn't seem like it now, but it will work out for the best.
Good luck honey- I hope that you are able to get through this and support your brother as well.
Remember that it's okay to be happy when you are happy and it is okay to be sad when you feel sad. But you will get thorugh it and in your adult life, you will look back and know that your parents did the right thing by splitting up.

Because you are over 12 years old, I believe you will be asked by the court of law which parent you want to remain in custody with. If you still feel bad, you could ask for full custody with your dad and maybe 1 weekend a month with your mom (or as many weekends).

im so sorry to hear about that my mom and dad got devoriced when i was little then like 3 years ago my dad and step mom got divorced and last year my mom and step dad got divorced so i can feel your pain. you need to just know its not your fault. and right your feelings down. talk to the judge about why you want to go and live with your dad. since your under 16 and judge will probally decide. if you feel you mom cant take care of you or if you feel unsafe write everything that goes on down and document it and show it to the judge. also tell your dad too so he says teh say thing your gonna say so you and the parent you want to live with dont conerdick each other hope everything works out ok

i know what your going through, just this Thursday my parents divorce was final. they have been going through divorce since 2005 because my dad refused to pay child support so it kept going back and forth. and for the past 2+ years i haven't talked to my dad. hes a real dirt bag but i secretly do miss him. what im saying is don't take sides....you will ok. it might get really tough at some points but in the end you will be fine. my dad is a dead beat and after taking away our first house hes trying to take away the one we live in now, there are 7 kids and he has given up custody and refuses to pay any child support at all. he has taken all the money possible and is demanding my mom pays him for "kicking him out" she didn't kick him out he cheated and then walked out. he left us because my older brother, his favorite child died. hes a real dirt bag. people suck.

No sweetheart it is not wrong to want to go with your dad.
I am so sorry that you have to deal with this. Sometimes even good smart adults do stupid things.
At some point I hope that you can find it within your heart to forgive your mom for what ever it is she did. She is still your mom, that doesn't change.
Good luck and all my best

at your age your voice can be heard in court. there is a certain person (whom i'm sorry i can't remember the name) that can/will talk and speak FOR you.
