are they legal? can i buy them at like walgreens?

Vaporizer are pretty expensive, it really depends on the one you're getting, the prices go up to $600. But if you go on Ebay, i've seen ones for like 90, maybe you'll be able to find one even cheaper. Vaporizers are good because they are one of the most the healthiest and efficient methods of ingestion. But if you are on a tight budget you can just smoke out of a bowl, or roll a joint, because you can get a decent bowl for like $15-20, or like 50rolling papers for 2 bucks, or you can even make your own bowl out of a water bottle, just go on youtube and look up how to make a bong out of a water bottle. The best ways to max out your smoking would be to hold your hits in for 5-7secs which is the most effective range, and also to buy in bigger quantities because then it is cheaper. Good Luck.
