3.1 malibu, how do i reset the computer after installing intake manifold?

unhooked batt and all electronics, thanks much...

If you have a check engine light that came on, you have to reset the computer with a scan tool. If the light set a code again, you will have to research the code. The car will run rough for a little bit until it cleans itself out.

You won't have to do anything. It will re-learn by itself. It might run rough for a few seconds.
