it's to the point where it says computer shuting off but it never does
i don't have a virus and i dont have spyware cuz i already checked my system is clean a the dam thing just wont shut off

I have had mine hang up at shut down, so I just hold the power switch down until the power goes off....it's not the best way to do it, but it works.

If it's a laptop take the battery out . If not just uplug it until it powers off.
