i am 15 years old about to be 16 in June and i need to get a job because my world is crushing. I need money for personal reason but not because of drug dealing or those stuff, its just parents stuff and getting older and saving for college. i plan on getting my working paper and i went to Dycd website and i am just waiting to be pick in the job lottery for Dycd. But if i don't get the job what websites can i go to, to apply for a jobs that are for teen and what stores that a16 years old can work at? i have a resume and about to get working papers. Please tell me anything about jobs for teen. internships too

Fast Food place, Grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target, lot's of places.

Type up a resume and drop it off at places where you'd be interested in working.
A lot of bigger places (mcdonalds etc) have application forms that you can ask for at the counter.
Try the yahoo job search around your area. There are always places hiring students. It shouldn't be too hard to find a job.

As per law, anyone under eighteen years of age is considered a minor. Employers of minors are subject to restrictions on the number of hours and time of the day when they can work, so it difficult to find suitable jobs for minors. you can usually get a job just about anywhere you might need a waver from your school or parents thought.
