You must respect her decision and settle for just a friendship with her. In time, she may change her mind, but dont push it. She's exploring the crop out there and she may find what she had was better then what she sees. Just be patience and WAIT.

Ok here goes.. Leave her alone do not beg or anything it will spell disaster. You need to leave her be for a month ok? A month a month do not give in!
During this time build yourself up mentally and physically. Improve yourself. Ask yourself why argue. The perspective will work wonders for both. You need not worry she will wonder why you have gone quiet. You have 5 years of memories she will not forget you believe me. The month will allow her bitterness towards you to lessen or go completely. After the month ask her out and go out for a few hours then leave. This will ensure a postive encounter and start to repair the damage. Continue with this until she comes back. If she wont go out with you give it another month and repeat. If she loves you it will work. Trust me.. Good luck mate

First find out if she still has feelings for you, if she does then you should try being what she wants you to be. Try to avoid arguing with her. Dont be too desperate because then she is going to think that you are obsessed and thats not a good thing. Its all a matter of time if she is what you think she is she will come back to you and hopefully things work out.
Good Luck

Just don't hound her. Be sweet, understanding but move on. We grow out of people at this age and that is normal. Think about what good you liked in your relationship to her and think about downfalls. This is your opportunity to grow as a person and be open to new experiences. Take the sweet with the bitter and keep perspective. Life is still good and you will love again keep the faith! Your true love is waiting for you out there!

move on don't show her your hurt. just work out and do good in school. be successful. if you show her that you are good even without her she will come back if she doesn't oh well your 19. i know what it feels like. but at least she doesn't have a new boyfriend that tries to shoot you.

by begging and grouping you'll never get her back. To get her back start enjoying life and show her you can make it without her. Go to places she goes and pay no attention to her. Have fun with friends and if she says hi, be nice and say hi but don't divert all your attention to her. Women love what they cannot have

Let her go and focus on your own life. If she really loves you she will be back. If it's meant to be it will work out.

Stop trying. When someone tells you it is over, it is over. Please move on and find someone else.
