No I would not. The shark fin industry has killed off almost 90% of the world's shark population. As the ocean's top predators, this has wide ranging and scary effects. With fewer sharks around to eat them, populations of phytoplankton-eating fish can boom. Phytoplankton produces more than 50% of the world's oxygen. No sharks means no phytoplankton, which means no oxygen left for us to breathe. Couple that with deforestation, and pretty much all oxygen-breathing animals are screwed.

Go see the movie "Sharkwater", it's very enlightening.

In fish and chip shops in Australia you will see "flake" or "butterfish" on the menu. It is shark. Shark is good eating.

Shark is good, you grill it on the bbq and serve it with lemon butter.

THat's a tough one.I might because they found that they are very immune against all kinds of diseases.But then again it's all cartiledge and not very tasyty or good eating.
