In the mall. even when i was buying some boots that were like $40 in a brand store, they were only $16 in the mall. the only thing is is that you have to go searching and stuff for the stores. The boots i got lopked even better.

there are a number of things you can do.
-look up online where their outlet stores are located.
-check stores that buy unsold merchandise like steinmart, tg maxx, big lots, etc.
- buy clothes when they are on the sale rack. they go down if you can only wait it out.
-kohls has similar clothes for less money.
-try a store that rebuys gently used clothing. my area has one called Platos Closet. They only buy brand names like you mentioned and resell them for cheap cheap cheap. look it up in your local area using Yahoo locals.
good luck!
