i`m not sure if you quite know what i mean but, someone who can be talking to you and always just slips out something maybe hurtful or just weird at the end of everything he/she says. i`m curious if this type or category of people are called anything?

I know exactly what you mean as I have a next door neighbor who fits the description.
Not to sound rude, but I have to tell him to S.T.F.UP!
It's the only thing that has worked so far.
As for a "type" I have no idea. If you find out, let me know.
