You can try, but unless they are truly exceptional guppies don't expect more than a few dollars store credit for a bag full of them.

Most stores are not interested in guppies. Some people that own predators are. At best, maybe 5-10 cents store credit for each, and they will end up in the belly of an Oscar at some point.

My guppies were never good enough for anything but fish food (and that's what I sold them for), but if you give your guppies a lot of prime food, including frozen food, change their fish water twice a week, they will be in prime condition and full-sized, and you can offer them for sale. Where to sell? Your best bet is to start with privately owned fish/pet shops. Chain stores (like Walmart, chain pet stores) MAY take them, but they may have rules against that (how do they pay you, for instance?).

Be aware though. You won't get a lot of money for guppies.
