Don't pop it. Keep it clean and it should either take care of itself. If it does pop then make sure you get some anti bacterial cream on it and a bandage.

The best way to treat them is to leave them alone if possible. However, most of the time the presence of fluid will be too painful to bear for most people, especially if the blister is in a contact spot with the shoe. In this case I recommend that you wash your feet and then use a sterilized needle (use the tip of a flame) to gently poke a small hole on the roof of the blister and squeeze the fluid out. This will relieve the pressure. Dont "de-roof" (get rid of the skin covering the blister) the blister. Next soak the foot in a bath of epsom salt and warm water for around 10 mins or so. Dry your feet and apply an over the counter antibiotic cream of your choice and then apply a bandaid or better yet some gauze with tape. Lastly, try to keep pressure off the blister spot. Some people find padding (the one's you see at the pharmacy in the foot section. I recommend mole skin) to buffer the skin against the shoe effective. Cut out a hole (the size of your blister) in the middle of the mole skin and apply the mole skin to the affected area of your foot. Make sure your socks are a good fit and not rubbing up against your skin inside your shoes. Also wear cotton socks. They are more absorbent. Good luck.

Here is a bizarre sounding remedy, but it really, really works. Hard boil an egg. When you crack it open, there is a thin white coating in the eggshell. Place it on the blister and leave it alone. When the egg skin comes off the blister will be gone. It sounds weird but it heals fast and painless. Won't hurt to try!

BLISTERS HURt lol DONT POP IT what you need to do is find those bid band-aids and put some med. on it for cuts and blisters and then put it over the cut and when you put your shoe on it is a smart idea to put the band-aid on while you wrap it with a wrap. Always where med. on a band-aid untill its compleatly heeled. (Trust me it works lol)
Best of luck

i get these a lot b/c of sports. DO NOT POP IT! resist the urge -- it's susceptible to infection if you do. instead, i would use a band-aid or even tape it up so that any chafing in your shoe or somehting won't accidentally perforate it. also, i suggest wearing some kind of sandals to minimize that chafing if possible.
good luck!

Don't POP it, this will open you up to infection. depending on where it is I would just put a band aid on it and leave it alone. it will pop on its own and keeping it clean with a band aid will cut back on the chance of infection

Hug it...kiss it..show it that you really care!
LOL!
But...seriously, don't puncture it.
Keep it dry and clean and it will dry-out on it's own!
