Reality check. Very few people ever become millionaires. None of them ever asked that question. The answer is self evident. The sooner you realize you'll never be rich the sooner you can get the thought out of your head and go on with your life. People are fond of saying you can accomplish anything you want if you put your mind to it. They are wrong. We all must live bound by the constraints of reality. You can live very well and be very happy without a million. You don't have a choice anyway. You'll never get it. Play the cards you're dealt. Do the best you can. Forget being rich.

It's not too tough, but it takes PREPARATION, HARD WORK, and above all RESTRAINT.

Preparation means as much education (of a useful nature) that you can get or are qualified for. It takes some discipline, however, and a lot of hard work.

WORK HARD! At whatever you do, be a good employee. It won't come in a day, but it will come for sure. Companies value good, stable and productive employees.

Have a lot of RESTRAINT! Don't spend all that you make - savings add up, sometimes slowly, and the younger you start the more it adds up. Separate your needs from your wants! Stay away from credit card debt and the high interest rates that go with it! Don't be tempted by big new cars, a big house before you can really afford it, the latest and greatest in computers, cell phones, games, gadgets! All of these things limit your capacity to save, and its savings that generate money for you!

I did this, and still do, and guess what? Yes, I have a good job as a result of my education (which I paid for myself). I have never bought a house for more than 2 times my annual salary and with less than 20% down. I've owned 3 new cars in the last 40 years, and always paid cash - and I now buy used cars always for less than $10,000. No cell phones, a 5 yr old computer, one old but working TV (yep, color!), no electronic gizmos, and zero credit card debt the last 15 years. It all adds up!

And guess what? I'm a millionaire and its still going up - and its still been a good life!

the answer is very simple. first it would depend on your credit score and income that you have saved to invest into properties. Right now, since alot of people are getting foreclosed on, go into/find high end properties and purchase them. pay the notes seeing that the highend properties will come down in price, but will soon return. take on an interest only loan/ pay option arm but do not let the neg am happen to you, just pay the 1.25% when times are hard, later when the market returns you will be able to cash out and be closer than you think to becoming a millionaire. I have dealt with customers who have done one high end property, utilized the payoption arm and cashed out about a year later and pocketed $500k. I hope that i was able to help you. Have a blessed day.

Since this is in the Real Estate section you can flip houses , this time next year you can have one million dollars, you just need two million dollars now and do not spend more than one million.

Or did you not see that movie with Demi Moore? In the move she was offered one million dollars for a night of SEX. That is just one night. Ok so you may not be as hot as Demi Moore so i might be two night at 500k per night. If that does not work you may have to take the crack ho express and just get 20$ per interconnect, since you now have a prov en money making activity just do that 50,000 time and before you know it you are a MILLIONAIRE.

Work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a sales job where income potential is unlimited. Real estate, financing would be a good place to start. Work in high end areas, and slave away. It is not an easy task, but for those who would rather say it is an impossible dream and it will never happen, it can, you just have to find the right way to do it, and commit every waking minute to it. Good Luck!!
