Chopin was probably the best pianist in the world, I'd try him out, but they are a lot more complex then Beethoven's simple sonatas so if you want something a bit less complex and a piano I'd try Ludovico Einaudi, it's pretty good if you don't care about the complexities of how the music is made.

It's very easy to listen to Vivaldis' Four Seasons. There are twelve pieces, each a month, if you like. Three for each season, each really captures the theme of the season. Also try the Brahms violin concerto, get a recording of Jascha Hiefetz, it's sublime.

Hey, I have in my computer a great band of classical music, They sometimes use "Guitars". Try to listen "Trans Siberian Orchestra".
