Okay I looked at your pics. The best way to clean them is this way. first soak them n cold water , then buy some good old fashioned bar soap, you know the kind for washing clothes, you can buy this in your local hardware store. Remove the shoes from the water , rub in the soap, leave the shoes free from the water ,leaving the soap on for about 1/2 or so. This let´s the soap soak in . Now back to the cold water. give a good rinse. Hang up and let most of the water drip out. If you are lucky and have a nice sunny day put outside in the sun , the sun will help bleach the white color back again. Also a good way to get them dry very quick is to , Fill the inner sole´s of your shoes with rice & put as many clothes or old clean rags as many as you can fit in, leave in a warm place over night & they will be dry the next day. Try for yourself

OxiClean....or is it OxyClean? Make a paste and spread over netting. Let sit for a bit and wipe off a section to see if it's white. If not, wait. They may never be white again if there's much plastic in the weave. UV sun damage may be to blame. If it's just dirt, then hopefully the hydrogen peroxide in the OxyCleane will do the trick.

I'd put some bleach in hot water in the washing machine and let them soak for an hour or so. Oxy clean might work too. The bleach should definatly do it.
