High amounts of caffeine can effect the fetus, if you want to drink coffee or tea just get it decaffienated, although sometimes that it says decafienated there is still small amounts of caffiene, just don't drink so much of it. I know when you have anemia, which I have it's better not to drink so much of caffiene because it doesn't help the iron absorbtion at all.

Coffee causes dehydration although 1 or 2 a day won't hurt. There is a chemical found in tea and coffee that inhibits iron absorbtion so neither of these should be consumed 3 hours before or after a meal. Also too, calcium, zinc and vitamin E also interfere with iron absorbtion, making multi-vitamins absolutely useless and a waste of money.
