could she be goign into labor because she has a gravid spot but it looks like 1 or 2 babies could be in there i think this is her first pregnancy

She might be, it's impossible to tell for sure until you see babies.

Guppies have live babies, so she may be in labor. She'll probably have a bunch of them. Usually you will only see little eyeball's in the tank and that's the babies (they are really hard to spot). Our last one had babies and I thought we only had three or four babies for several days. We ended up with 13 of them though. As long as she isn't laying on her side, she's probably find. If she starts swimming really funny or sort of scratching on the bottom then there's probably something wrong. You may want to check your nitrate levels to make sure they aren't up right now. Fish lay eggs so thats probably not a baby fish you see! Good luck hope the little girl makes it!
