Anyone attempting to work on their own vehicle should own a shop manual. Your question proves my point.

--Drain the oil.
--Remove the right crankcase cover.
--Remove the 5 bolts, their springs and pressure plate.
--Remove the clutch plates.
--Pay special attention to the direction the metal discs are installed (there is a sharp edge on one side and a rounded edge on the other.
--There is a different size clutch plate that gets installed first with a spring.
--Soak the new clutch plates in oil (the same stuff you'll be using to fill the crankcase).
--Don't over tighten the 5 bolts (aluminum strips easily). The springs will act as lock washers.
--Clean the gasket surfaces of the engine and side cover until they look brand new.
--Install the side cover with a new gasket.
--If you're having problems lining up the oil pump gears, remove the pump from the cover so you can turn the shaft.
--Fill crankcase.

I would suggest a Clymer manual for your ATV.
