Just exchanged this for a dead one, this don't work either... What am I doing wrong, please? New PC with Windows Vista Home Premium, follow all the instructions, the PC recognises the device, I load the driver from Lexmarks' website, I pick a picture to print, load the paper, the PC says 'printing page 1 of 1', but it doesn't... :-(( Your advice please!

Lexmark are crap. I had one before. Expensive ink, poor print quality and rubbish. Canon are better. My brother likes Epson.

I have had two Lexmark Z600 series printers I would never buy another Lexmark I now have an Epson and in my opinion they are far superior, the trouble with cheap Lexmark printers is that the ink cartridges can cost more than the printer and I do not rate them as I find them very slow and unreliable this of course is purely my opinion

vista isn't the same as older window.u should download driver that will work with vista for ur particular model.not every vista compatible driver will work with any lexmark model n also if ur vista is 64 bit the driver is different again.so , get the right driver for the right model.
