My husband had similar symptoms just a couple of weeks ago. His doctor said it was a virus in the brain called Labrynitis.

Dizziness and headaches could relate to many conditions. High blood pressure, low blood sugar, electrolyte imbalance. You should keep a log of when this happens and how long it occurs. Your family doctor can use this with other test to be sure. For now, be sure to eat several small meals per day and decrease your salt intake.

I don't know what it means but it doesn't sound good. You should call your doctor and see what he/she says.
