That was a song --also known as "Brother, can you spare a dime?" and was from the 1930s --I beleive was a musical as well or from a musical -- sung by Bing Crosby first.

as we communicate there became this woman walking around with a toddler. She claimed that she and her husband lost their homestead interior the Georgia fires and have been on their thank you to manhattan. She stated they ran out of gas. It became form of shady...i did no longer spare a dime for her because of the fact she became walking around for like an hour.
