They are all tied at 1
1. Kansas City Royals
2. Tampa Bay Devil Rays
3. Florida Marlins.

There are three teams that have had only one no-hitter thrown against them:
Royals (vs. the Angels' Nolan Ryan on May 15, 1973)
Devil Rays (vs. the Bosox' Derek Lowe, April 27, 2002)
Marlins (vs. the Dodgers' Ramon Martinez, July 14, 1995)

Although the Rockies are a new franchise, they have been no-hit twice - first by Al Leiter on May 11, 1996, and a few months later by Hideo Nomo.
