A half quart overfull? Not realy.
A couple quarts overfull? Yep.

yes its bad because it can go onto the engine and the gas from the oil tank can get into where the air ventilates. And the bad stuff that drains from the engine (the engine makes it clean) it can go there and screw it up.

Yes its bad. But easy to fix. Take off oil filter and drain. Then put it back on crank engine check oil. and repeatif needed .

That is very bad, its almost like putting to much water in making either a dessert of some sort, you have to drain the water just like if you were to drain oil from the car.

Absolutely yes!!!!!!! Remove the drain plug and drain out the extra oil ASAP.

If the oil level reaches the crankshaft, it will get foamed up and you'll lose oil pressure and flow.

It probably won't hurt your engine, but all of the excess oil is going to blow out onto your engine. when the engine runs it's gonna smoke as the excess oil burns off.
