You love MTV and Vh1? I love Real World, The Hills, and Road Rules but my FAVORITE is when they do the reunions and the gauntlet and the duel!! Those are amazing. As for VH1 I love New York, Celebrity Fit Club, Charm School! Oh and have you seen Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel? I never thought I would get into a show about fishing but that show is amazing you should try it out!!

I honestly can't believe no one mentioned "Lost". It's the best show on the air right now, and every episode is exciting, it has several hot guys, and it keeps you watching to find out more about what's going on and why.
And the stories in the flashbacks are touching--you care about the characters.
After "Lost", I think both Monk and Psych on USA are awesome shows.
And you can't forget "The Office". It's great.

I'm a HUGE HUGE fan of "The Nanny" that was on like almost 10 years ago now with Fran Drescher.
I also love Family Guy and Full House :)
