When it comes to majority or present day singers, none. Now the singers from the 60s and 70s and even early 80s are still doing concerts today. However, we don't have that type of music anymore or appeal for it.

The artists you seen last night will have limited appeal, ie the fans they had 30 years ago are still alive therefore able to go see them.

The Rolling Stones, The Who, Bowie and the likes that are still touring and performing now have new generations of fans - therefore have truly stood the test of time!

I know becuase my mother goes to see David Essex and after picking her up a few times afterwards its clear to see its all woman of that certain age going along! I have seen the stones and the who (I'm 23) and know for sure it was a wide ranging audience, with new and old fans alike!

I doubt any of todays artists have that kind of staying power. They may still be touring in 30 years (Take That etc) but it will be old ladies who were fans when they were wee going to see them!

The Rolling Stones! They're probably going to have a stroke and literally die ON STAGE! Kieth Richards will look 10 times worse...if he's lucky to be alive by then.

i agree with heather on the fact that i doubt if any group or band today has the staying power to last for 30 years+.

The Rolling Stones, even though they'll be using walkers and be in wheel chairs by that time.
