The minute, because what happens in a hour can change in a minute.

all depends you can change, for the good or the bad in a minute. but an hour allows you to look back on those last minutes, thus learning from your mistakes

I would say the minute because you can change your mind from minute to minute which can mean a world of difference in some cases...

The minute. I always tell time by where the minute hand is, not the hour hand.

Neither. Both are arbitrary ways that humans mark the passage of time.

It would be similar to arguing what is more important is the litre rather than the quart, the mile rather than the kilometre, or the inch rather than the centimetre.
