He's dead, so there's no chance. Even if he had lived, it's hardly likely he'd be given a chance.
What about Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of RFK? He hasn't shown any signs of patriotism at all, and he's still alive. He thinks it is unjust for him to be singled out for this kind of treatment (life in prison).
Actually some people in prison have carried out useful studies and written valuable work, but it's rare.

He could declare himself saved and become a very vocal christian, first. Then he could become a democrat and support Pelosi and Reid. Those two groups make heros out of the worst human beings I have ever seen.

Your sources have to be wrong. The Air Force doesn't let Morines jack around w/ its recce birds. Trust me! Oswald was a Marine, & had nothing to do w/ the U-2. That video assumes alot that just cannot be proven.
