Yes, that quote is pretty insightful because if you're worried about people getting intersted in you, they will think you're coinceded and not want to be around you or know you. However, if they notice that you're trying to get to know them, then they will want to get to kow you as well.

yes! here is why. when you show interest in others, people like you for you. when you try to hard to get people interested, you don't listen anymore, it is all about you, and not them.

yeah that is definately true. half of the people who are my friends wouldnt be my friends if i wanted to talk to them.
