It is impossible to have Siamese twins of the opposite sex. They are incompletely divided identical twins. Only fraternal twins (twins from two separate eggs) can be of opposite sex.

there have been no cases of conjoined twins who were not the same sex. but if it did happen, they would have to go to the br together, they cant seperate! one would go and the other would have to stand there and wait.

Conjoined twins are always same sex. They are identical twins who didn't split apart completely.
