ABS stands for antilock brake system and has nothing to do with the steering of a vehicle. power steering can work with ABS to help control a vehicle better and safer.

one has to do with brakes and the other has to do with steering... duh.. my 5 year old nephew knew that. thats like asking the difference between a tire and a door handle.. lmao
