Your question is a bit confusing. Do you have an MBA or a masters in an IT related area such as computer science, etc?

An MBA is a Masters in Business Administration. Actually, that's an excellent path for someone with any IT degree as many IT types just don't "get" the business end of IT. If that's what you have, there are plenty of doors open to you in IT management, especially project management.
