I think it's the type of person that has dreams of what they want out of life and they use the quotes to inspire themselves to reach their dreams.

I would think that person is driven and wants to make more of him/her self. Watchout if the quotation are pornographic, explore depravity or are quotes from violent people(Hitler, Manson for example)...... Inspirational quotes by themselves are great though.

They need paper lol. No serouisly I won't think anything bad of them because I don't judge but they shouldn't be writing on the walls in public bathrooms or even toilet paper for that matter.
