There are a lot of non-ministers (possibly including him) who have a relationship with God. And there are a lot of "sinners" (possibly including him) that also have a relationship with God.
Unless God personally told you his will regarding that man, It's YOUR opinion that his leaving the ministry is leaving God. I don't think you're the one to judge that.

People get lost. Wehave set up a society that makes it nearly impossible to stay the course. We use SEX and VIOLENCE to sell everything. Literally, everything is for sale. The most disturbing trend is that the price of these wares has been our integrity. People no longer stand for anything if enough money is on the table.
So with so few good examples, so many temptations. It hard to stay with God. We are a social creatures and we are taught by our environments. So what are our environments teaching us?

Ministers are not perfect... I don't know why people think they are. They are afterall, human. If God truly calls someone to serve Him in the capacity of leading worship, that does not make this person exempt from sin. This person may be meant to be an example of what NOT to do in life as opposed as what you SHOULD do in life. .

it incredibly is Christians and different religious denomiations that label homosexuality as a sin. they are able to only declare it extremely is God's word on condition that somebody else instructed them it replaced into so: like maximum of sheep on the earth they are able to't think for themselves. in the event that they are in opposition to it, first-fee, yet do no longer attempt to make it the guy's fault that they are so in the direction of regardless of. The bible tell them to stay and permit stay, even with the undeniable fact that their maximum useful sin is they are unable to end that.

No necessarily if you are not a priest of you don't devote your life completely to god it means you are going to be a complete sinner. Anyway if you are a priest just for being human you are a sinner.
There are lots of ways to be good with god, not only converting into a priest.

i would say it is your perception of what he was,,, and what he has gone on to,,,,,,,, we cant just tell by anyones outside appearance or position, where their mind is, nor their relationship with God or what level their spirituality is on,,,,
since most ministers are expected to act in a very moral way,,,,, it would be the moral right thing for him to do, if he felt he couldnt live up to the expectations, to leave,,,,, rather then staying and being a "fake"
having sex, being married many times, to me are not sins,,,,,,,, not being honest with yourself and others, to your best ability,,, is
