I suppose you want a word that has the vowels a ,e, i, o and u occurring in their natural order. One such word is
FACETIOUS (meaning amusing in tone).

EDIT: Another word with these vowels in natural sequence and occurring only once, is ABSTEMIOUS (meaning sparing in consumption of things, particularly of food items).
