I never can eat more than 2 plates but I sure do fill them up. Only in Chines restaurants though. Or the Golden Coral not sure if you know what that is but they have ever food imaginable, it is one big buffet.

I don't over eat so I only eat portions that would be served to me if it wasn't a buffet. Except for the salad bar, that plate would be more than a normal size.

For some reason, I can only eat one plate at a buffet. I think it's because I've been cutting my portions down to lose weight.

I'm not a champion "buffeter".I do enjoy them (2 or 3 plates it)
The champs I knew:
One guy would eat up to 4 heaping.
the other ate up to 5 (not so heaping)
they were a tie.

I swear whenever I go to a buffet I can't eat a lot. Then when I walk out the door, I'm hungry again. I swear they are doing something to the food, air, or something!

I get my eat on! To the point of feeling too full! And that's only 2 plates. My husband on the other hand could probably eat 5 plates worth and he's skinny! Nobody's asked us to leave yet, but we get some weird looks.

I usually eat a lot but I fill up on one plate of like salad or something. Never been asked to leave. The longer they get you to stay there and order stuff the more money the restaurant makes, and they're usually happy about that.

That's like a oxymoron for me. I wouldn't go to a buffet if I wasn't ready to get my eat on.
