Who attended a Lutheran Elementary School?

Are you glad you were sent to one? Do you think you got a better or worse education because of it? Did you also attend a Lutheran High School or College? Are/were you Lutheran? Would you send your kids to one? Why/why not?

I attended a Lutheran K-8 school. I know I received a better education there verses a public school or other private schools, having taught in all three.

I also attended a Lutheran High School. I am Lutheran. I would send my own children, if I had children, to a Lutheran grade school.

For high school, I'm hoping my children would qualify to go into an IB (International Baccalaureate) program, which hopefully by the time any children I have would be that age, the Lutheran high school in our area would have an IB program.

Unless my child wanted to be a teacher, deaconess, or minister (youth, music, dce, or plain ole pastor), I would strongly recommend that they attend a college other than a Lutheran college, but by that time it's more their choice than mine. I would support whatever decision they made.
