In all my years, I have never seen them accomplish anything positive for our Country. When I do see them or hear them, it is on the TV and they never seem to have anything positive to say about anything or anybody. Always KARPING about something.

Obviously, you've niether been paying attention to either of their congressional careers - nor at least done a little research to answer your own question.
There are plenty of examples of both making clear-cut positive statements about goals, plans and approaches... sorry, not all "Carping"
