Well in a dualistic, Cartesian, way then yes, it makes 'sense' in that I can understand what you are saying. In fact it somewhat echos Descartes "I think, therefore I am".
Which isn't to say that I agree with you. Because my personal philosophy is more monistic (there is no division between 'mind' and 'matter').
If you're interested, Spinoza or 'Eastern' philosophy (which generally holds that people are an intrinsic and inseparable part of the universe, and that attempts to discuss the universe from an objective viewpoint as though the individual speaking was something separate and detached from the whole are inherently absurd ) will provide further food for thought.

not really,,,, just because you dont create something out of nothing, would not mean you are doing nothing,,,,, you breathe, you didnt personally create you body or lungs nor air, etc,,,,,, nor even make yourself breathe,,,,,,, yet you are doing it,,,, as you means your body/mind/spirit etc,,,,,,
you walk, so you are "doing" something,,, most peoples bodies dont just get up and walk on their own, without a mental command,,,,,, (unless perhaps your sleep-walking), so even the command, is an action,,,,, an action is doing something
